HILLSBORO, Mo. – Two men have been charged in connection with an armed robbery and kidnapping that culminated in a police pursuit across Missouri and Illinois.The situation unfolded on Monday, Sept. 3, in the 100 block of Sheffield Lane near Fenton, according to probable cause statements filed by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.The two victims, a man and woman, told authorities they were dropping off the man's child with the mother. After dropping the child off, two to three men exited the residence while the male victim was retrieving the child's bag from the backseat.Authorities claim an armed man approached the male victim and pointed a gun in his face. The victim and the armed man got into a physical altercation, but the victim got away. JewBelong, a nonprofit that aims to make Judaism accessible and fight antisemitism, has put up billboards with four new messages around the St. Louis region. 41-Year-Old Man Dies in Pedestrian-Auto Accident near Mile Marker 285KILLEEN, TX (September 5, 2023) – Early Saturday morning, a pedestrian crash on Interstate 14 claimed the life of Emiliano Alfredo Marin.The incident happened on August 19th, at around 2:10 a.m., in the westbound lanes of Interstate 14 near mile marker 285.According to the Killeen Police officers, Marin was crossing northbound lanes on the Interstate. There, a vehicle headed westbound struck him. Three-Vehicle Collision Near Salvia Road Left Multiple FatalitiesPALM SPRINGS, CA (September 5, 2023) – Sunday afternoon, three people were killed in a multi-vehicle crash on North Gene Autry Trail.The fatal collision happened just before 3:00 p.m. between Salvia Road and Via Escuela.
